Tomatoes Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped cooked spinach, drained
    freshly ground black pepper
    paprika
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place tomatoes, cut side up, in an oiled baking dish.
    Combine onion, parsley, margarine, spinach, pepper and paprika. Spread evenly over the tomatoes. Top with crumbs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
