Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, cut into 8 equal parts
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
8-inch baked pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in chocolate and vanilla until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating with an electric mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes after each addition.
Turn into baked pastry shell.
Chill.
Garnish with whipped cream.
