Dinner Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine and let set in fridge until cool.
    Heat nonstick or special crepe pan (8-inch) and using ladle or measuring cup, put enough in pan to just cover bottom; roll around the batter until pan is covered.
    Cook until lightly brown on bottom.
    Carefully flip and heat a few seconds.
    Continue until all batter is used up.
    Will store overnight in fridge until ready to use.
