Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
3 c. fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream (1/2 pt.)
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in pot.
Add water and 1 cup blueberries.
Bring to boil.
Cook, stirring, until very thick.
Stir in butter and lemon juice.
Cook.
Fold in rest of blueberries.
Chill one hour.
Beat whipped cream.
Add confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Spread whipped cream mixture over top of pie.
