Beef (Or Pork) Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. meat *
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 medium size onions, diced
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. catsup
    salt to taste
    hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    *For beef, I like bottom round roast or for pork, shoulder butt.
    Have butcher \"chunk\" it for you to about 2 1/2-inch cubes.
