Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cut in half
    1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Place bread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle sausage and 1 cup cheese over bread.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour in pan.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
