Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut fryer into pieces and add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip chicken into a batter, then roll in dry bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese.
    Roll again in crumbs, then cheese.
    Put in shallow pan and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until done and crisp.
