Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. soft bread crumbs (6 slices, diced)
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and salt together well.
Add milk, pineapple and crumbs to butter mixture.
Put into casserole.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 375.
Can be served as vegetable or dessert.
