Christmas Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Cream margarine, oil, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Mix and add coconut and nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour batter into 3 (9-inch) pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
