Pecan Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

With rolling pin, roll together brown sugar and nuts until they are thoroughly blended.
Beat egg whites until stiff, adding white sugar gradually.
Fold brown sugar mixture into egg whites. Add vanilla.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in moderate oven.
