Chicken Pie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and cut up
1 1/2 c. reserved broth
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, dehydrated (optional)
Preparation

Boil chicken in salted water and cook until tender (reserve broth).
Remove meat from bones, chop in chunks and place in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Pour broth, mixed with soup, over chicken.
Mix together margarine, flour, milk and parsley.
Spoon over other ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
