Cabbage Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Place shredded cabbage in pan; sprinkle rice on top.
    Saute onions and peppers.
    Brown ground beef.
    Combine onion, pepper and beef; add tomato sauce and water.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or 1 hour.
    Remove; sprinkle on cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
