Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar in a bowl.
    In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extracts.
    Add flour mixture to creamed mixture gradually.
    Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
