Roasted Vegetables And Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. quartered small red potatoes
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in thick pieces
    1 kielbasa, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and vegetable oil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Stir together the chili powder, cumin, salt, thyme and pepper.
    Add zucchini to potatoes; toss mixture over both vegetables until evenly distributed.
    Bake for 20 minutes at same temperature.
    Remove from oven; place kielbasa on top and bake another 15 minutes.
