Shrimp-Crab Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 to 6 c. water
    1 large (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. okra
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Put bacon pieces in skillet.
    Drain off most of the fat.
    In the rest, saute onion and celery until soft.
    Blend in flour; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Slowly add water, tomatoes, shrimp, crabmeat and okra.
    Add garlic, pepper and cumin at this time. Cook slowly until okra is cooked.
