Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans (one goes in cheese ball, the other c. to be used to roll ball)
Preparation

Mix ingredients only using 1 cup pecans.
Roll ball in the other cup of pecans.
Wrap in Saran Wrap.
Better if made a day or so before.
