Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. oil
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until soft.
    Add shrimp and stir.
    Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add rice and soy sauce and fry 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Diced, cooked chicken, pork or ham may be used instead of shrimp.
    One or all of these makes for a fantastic taste.
