Ingredients

1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat salt and egg whites until thick and foamy. Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Carefully fold in nuts and raisins. Carefully add (fold in) nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto brown paper bags.
Place in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 and turn off oven.
Leave in closed oven overnight.
