Cajun Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 small onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 c. chopped cabbage
1 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef.
Add onions and green pepper.
Cook until the onions are transparent.
Add rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
Serves 10 to 12.
