Mexican Mix Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can chili
1 (12 to 17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
8 oz. grated cheese
1 to 2 c. crumbled nacho or corn chips
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix chili,
corn,
cheese
and onion in casserole dish. Crumble chips
in
your
hands
over top of other ingredients. Press chips
gently
into
other mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve
casserole with extra whole chips if you like. You may cook in microwave for 4 minutes on High.
