Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. butter or margarine
1 pkg. Knorr white sauce
1 pt. heavy cream
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy pan on medium heat. Add cheese and cream to the butter slowly, alternating them until all is mixed in the pan (I use a whisk). When all is mixed, add the package of Knorr; mix slowly. Continue to stir until desired consistency. Serve over fettuccine.
