Bleu Cheese-Bacon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Rub potatoes with shortening.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Remove from oven.
    Cut a lengthwise slice from top of each potato.
    Scoop out insides; mash.
    Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spoon into shells.
    Return to oven 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with bacon.
