Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk and oleo and warm.
    Combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast; add warmed milk mixture. Mix well with mixer.
    Add 1/2 cup flour at a time.
    Beat with wooden spoon until mixture leaves the sides of the bowl.
    Put mixture out on board and knead until elastic.
    Let rise, punch down and form.
    Let rise again. Bake at 325\u00b0 for glass pans or 350\u00b0 for metal, 20 to 30 minutes.
