Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 c. celery
1 c. green onions and tops
1 jar pimento, drained
1 c. chopped green peppers
2/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, water, salt and pepper together. Pour over vegetables and mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
