Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 qt. vinegar
 
3 qt. water
1 c. coarse salt
alum (size of a pea)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 grape leaf (to each qt.)
1 small red hot pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Place dill, grape leaf, red hot pepper, alum and garlic powder all in each jar.
