Cavetelli Con Pomadoro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks margarine
    1 pt. half and half
    3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tomato, chopped
    fresh parsley to taste
    3/4 lb. cavetelli
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large pan.
    Brown minced garlic in margarine. Remove from heat and stir in half and half, heat through.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese and melt.
    Stir in parsley.
    Stir in tomato and heat through.
    Stir in cooked and drained cavetelli.
    Serve with a little parsley sprinkled on top for garnish.
