Potato Stretcher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 potatoes
    water (enough to make a thick batter)
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Slice potatoes thin.
    Dip potatoes in batter and fry in medium-hot oil or grease until golden brown.
