Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
cooking oil
Preparation

Use a glass pie plate or dull metal pie pan.
Shiny metal pans keep the crust from browning nicely and should be used only for crumb crusts that are not baked.
