1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
zucchini, sliced in apple size slices
2 Tbsp. lemon juice per pie
dash of cinnamon
a little salt
1 unbaked pie shell
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
sprinkling of cinnamon
Preparation

Slice the zucchini in apple size slices; toss them in lemon juice.
Add dash of cinnamon and a little salt.
Pile the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
Top it with the margarine, flour, sugar and a sprinkling of cinnamon mixed together.
Bake as you would for ordinary apple pie at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cover the rims of your crust with aluminum foil if crust gets too brown.
