Cheese-Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage
    10 oz. sharp cheese, room temperature, grated
Preparation
    Mix all 3 ingredients well into a large ball.
    Pinch off into small balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 125 to 175 balls.
    (Mix may be frozen before cooked and stored until needed.)
