Stir-Fry Deer Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. deer meat
    3 to 4 green peppers, sliced
    2 to 3 onions
    3/4 c. Chun King soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch strips, 3 to 4 inches in length.
    You may want to use a meat cleaver to tenderize.
    Place meat in 1/2 cup oil.
    Cook until done to avoid bitter taste.
    Add pepper and onion; continue frying on medium heat until done.
    It goes good with rice.
