Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
9 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small squares
2 1/2 tsp. onion salt
7 c. Hungry Jack instant potatoes
Preparation

Bring water, salt, butter and onion salt to boil.
Add potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and milk.
Bake in buttered baking dish with grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake approximately 20 minutes at 325\u00b0 until hot.
Add Cheddar cheese to top and broil until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
Serves 8 people.
