Ingredients

small okra, presoaked in ice water 1 hour
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. dill seed
2 tsp. salt (not iodized)
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 cloves garlic
Preparation

Pack okra in sterilized pint jars.
Heat water and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Put seasoning over okra.
Pour vinegar and water mixture into jars.
Seal.
This takes 2 to 3 weeks to pickle properly.
