Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. pickle relish or to taste
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip or to taste
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 diced carrots
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and dice.
    Add all other ingredients and fold together.
    Top with sliced egg and paprika.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
