Decorator'S Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Crisco
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. white extract
    2 lb. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Place first 3 ingredients in mixer; blend until creamy.
    Add confectioners sugar, water and salt. Tint if desired.
    Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
