Marie'S Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    2 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    about 5 + c. flour
    1/3 c. cracked wheat
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water with sugar.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix.
    Let rise 10 minutes; knead.
    Let rise in greased bowl again.
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans and let rise.
    Bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
