Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. medium noodles (3 c.)
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
    2 c. sliced raw vegetables (onion, celery, carrots and peas)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 can reduced fat mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. shredded cheese (1 c.)
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
    Stir all ingredients together. Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
