Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    8 oz. cream cheese softened
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cream cheese.
    Add zucchini and mix well.
    Add flour, beat with mixer 2 minutes.
    Fold in nuts.
    Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
