Peter Piper'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. whipped topping
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 small pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding (with or without sugar substitute)
3/4 c. milk
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or to taste
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, sweetener and whipped topping together.
Place 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of the pie crust. Blend pudding and milk.
Add pumpkin and spices.
Pudding will be thick.
Spread over whipped topping in pie crust and cover with the remaining whipped topping mixture.
Refrigerate.
Chill for 4 hours.
