Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pt. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and softened butter. Press firmly in bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In a large bowl, beat cheese until soft and smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar, mixing well.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Pour carefully into spring-form pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let cool for 10 minutes.
