Cheese-Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, pepper, tomato sauce and 1 egg.
In small bowl, combine 1 egg, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and parsley.
Press 1/3 of beef mixture into 9 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Make shallow well in center. Spoon cheese mixture into well.
Cover with remaining beef mixture. Pat firmly at sides to seal. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
