Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw hot sausage at room temperature
    3 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
    4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until they adhere in a large bowl. Make into bite-size balls and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    May be cooled and frozen.
    Makes 48 balls.
