Carrot Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed carrots
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into ungreased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
