Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans
2 c. tomatoes
6 to 8 tortillas
1 tsp. chili powder
salt
pepper
cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Add the beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and chili powder.
Heat together.
Dip the tortillas in the sauce, then fill and add some onion and cheese.
Roll up and put side by side in a casserole.
Cover with rest of the sauce.
Top with onion and cheese.
Bake until bubbly.
Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and hot sauce.
