Azuki Coffee Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. instant coffee
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (18 oz.) can tsubushi-an (mashed red beans)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    In a small bowl, soften gelatin in water.
    In a large bowl, dissolve instant coffee in boiling water; add gelatin.
    Stir well. Add tsubushi-an and condensed milk.
    Mix.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill approximately 6 hours.
