Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. fresh orange rind
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time; beat, alternate with orange juice and flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
