Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. orange juice (scant)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    1 c. raw cranberries (leave whole)
    1 tsp. orange rind or 1/2 tsp. orange extract (add to orange juice)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add margarine, orange juice and egg.
    Combine only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
