Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Generously grease (not oil) and lightly flour the bottom of

    Bake approximately 35
    minutes.
    Frost with White Cloud Frosting;
    sprinkle with coconut.
