Chicken Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    5 carrots, chopped and shredded
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    5 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
    1 small onion
    10 to 12 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Debone.
    Skim fat off remaining broth.
    Add to broth the onion, carrots, celery and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add potatoes and evaporated milk.
    Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
