Chicken Shrimp Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Heritage butter
    1/2 tsp. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. sherry (optional)
    1/2 c. Heritage half and half
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    hot buttered rice
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; add mushrooms and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
    Add soup; gradually stir in sherry and half and half. Add cheese and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
    Add chicken and shrimp; do not boil.
    Stir in parsley and serve over rice.
    This may be served in a chafing dish.
    May be prepared, covered and refrigerated and reheated just before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
